Icelandic Provisions Low-Fat Plain Skyr
1/4 Tablespoon
Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoon
Maple Syrup or Honey
1 Tablespoon
Apple Cider Vinegar
+ 2 Teaspoons
3/4 Teaspoon
Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon
Poppy Seeds
3/4 Teaspoon
Kosher Salt
4-5 Tablespoon
Mixed Greens
1/2
Medium Radicchio
Thinly sliced
1 1/2 Tablespoon
Rotisserie Chicken
Roughly chopped

Cut into matchsticks

Recipe
Step 1
Add the skyr, mayonnaise, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, mustard, poppy seeds, and salt to a small bowl and whisk until combined. Taste, and add additional salt as needed.
Step 2
To a large bowl add the mixed greens, radicchio, chicken, apple matchsticks, and cranberries. Drizzle about half of the dressing over the top and toss to combine. Add additional dressing as needed and serve right away.
